Time divided
Ever wondered how much of your life will be spent doing the things you do? Good, because you are about to find out. Based on the average life expectancy, you should have a good chance of living until you are about 78. You'll spend around a third, or 26 years, of your life asleep. You will spend another 10 years working; 5 eating; 4 waiting in "queue," standing in line, etc.; 12 watching tv; 5 surfing the net (this number has been increasing); 4.5 on the phone; 3 driving; about 2 years cooking; 1.5 getting ready (showering, grooming, dressing, etc.); around 2 years on household chores; and just over 1 year shopping. And if you are a guy, you will spend about 3 years dropping the deuce, as opposed to the ladies, who will spend just under a year depositing chocolate. I couldn't find a figure for the amount of time spent drunk, high, or otherwise bamboozled, but I did find one further statistic that seems unfortunately disproportionate: on average, you will spend a paltry 16 hours having an orgasm. Further proof that yes, life is unfair.
